Mobility Programs

Students and Professors’ mobility is one of the goals of higher education in accordance with Bologna process.

Mobility offers new experiences of studying, working and live in other academic, cultural and social environment. There is strong benefit of study abroad (on European platform of mobility) due to the fact that employers consider graduates with foreign study experience as more qualified and knowledgeable and as persons who can enforce company competiveness.

Type of mobility:

1. For students:

• Student exchange

• Student internship – Student internship abroad based on an official collaboration of UTMS with the following associations and hotels and organizations abroad:

2. For Professors:

• Teaching abroad

• Professional development

3. For Non-Teaching Staff:

• Professional development

Professional development can be through following activities:

o Following professional courses/ workshops organized by foreign HEI in order to increase skills and competences for present work position,

o "Job-shadowing“ – following the work of colleagues at foreign HEI,

o Participation at Conferences, seminars and language trainings.

Students and staff mobility can be organized through bilateral and multilateral cooperation and programs Erasmus.
