Mobility of HEIs in program countries

For the academic year 2025/2026, UTMS has available:

4 student mobilities for study

5 student mobilities for internship (training)

3 teaching staff mobilities for teaching
2 staff mobilities for training

KA171: Individual learning mobility, Higher Education

Mobility of HEIs in non-programme countries (PRC China and R.Tunisia)

– 4 teaching staff mobilities

Duration of mobility

1.For students: semester/year (students can realize mobility of a total of 12 months per cycle of study/internship/study+internship)
2.For staff: five working days with a minimum of eight hours of teaching

Based on the signed E+ inter-institutional agreements with partner universities from the program countries, the following are eligible to apply:

– full-time students in the first cycle (with at least the third semester enrolled at the time of the mobility start), second or third cycle for mobility for study/internship, and for internships and students who graduated in the year of the announcement of the Call

– teaching, associate and professional staff in full-time employment at UTMS.

Document/certificate of knowledge of English or the language of the institution where the mobility will be realized – selected students are subject to an online language test with standardized tests that will determine the level of knowledge of the foreign language on two occasions – immediately before departure and after the completion of the mobility, in order to see the progress during the process, while the issued certificate is required to be uploaded by the students themselves to the platform for which they will need to create their own account
Additionally: Learning Agreement for studies, which determines the study program, the period of realization, signed by the student, the faculty coordinator and the institutional coordinator of the home institution and by the partner university (at least 20 ECTS) / Learning Agreement for Traineeship

The initial selection / ranking of candidates is made by faculty based on academic success, knowledge of a foreign language and motivation to participate in the Program. Students submit the application to the Erasmus+ coordinator at UTMS, no later than 15/03/2025, while the deadline for submitting ranked applications by the Erasmus+ Office to the Rectorate of UTMS is 15/04/2025.

• After selection, selected staff will need to submit:
• Confirmation of regular employment
  Staff Mobility Agreement for Teaching – signed by the candidate, the institutional E+ coordinator and approved and signed by the partner institution / Staff Mobility Agreement for Training – signed by the candidate, the faculty and institutional E+ coordinator and approved and signed by the partner institution

The teaching staff submits the online application no later than 15/03/2025, while the deadline for ranking the applications submitted by the units to the UTMS Rectorate is 15/04/2025.
