The Curriculum upon which the Faculty of Tourism - Skopje will carry out the classes and the professional exam for travel companion in the Republic of Macedonia, also provides the candidates with a certificate, arising from the provisions of Articles 18 and 19 (45-a) Law Amending the Law on Tourism (Official Gazette no. 89/2008).
The Curriculum adopted by the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Tourism – Skopje, covers five separate items which, by their content, are necessary for high-quality and well designed teaching program, as well as training of personnel who will work in the tourism economy, fulfilling the needs of the domestic and foreign tourists.
The curriculum includes the following courses:
1. Tourist geography
2. Cultural heritage
3. Information-guided service in tourism
4. Tourism and transportation
5. Foreign language
