This year, the University of Tourism and Management allowed its students to visit the 44th International Tourism Fair "SAJAM TURIZMA", which is held every year in Belgrade. This fair is the largest and most significant tourist event in the region of Southeast Europe. The students from the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje were led by prof. PhD. Sashko Gramatnikovski, prof. PhD. Daliborka Blazheska, prof. PhD. Dejan Nakovski and from asst. Goran Apostolovski.

At the fair event, they had the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry, with new concepts and opportunities for travel, as well as with new perspectives in the development of the tourism business. At the Fair, travel lovers are offered numerous attractive and exotic destinations, and a large number of tour operators present their offer for the current and upcoming tourist season.

At the stand of the Republic of Macedonia, the director of the Agency for Promotion and Support of Tourism of the Republic of Macedonia, PhD. Ljupco Janevski, addressed the students, who introduced them to the future opportunities and promotional activities of our country.

The students and professors of UTMS were greeted with a warm welcome by the representatives of Singidunum University from Belgrade, with whom we have a cooperation that lasts and is nurtured for many years. By visiting the International Tourism Fair, the University once again confirmed that it constantly offers students a combination of theory and practice, which is especially important for the competencies of the University's graduate staff.
