The rector of Skopje University, prof. PhD. Ace Milenkovski, yesterday attended the celebration organized by Gazi Baba Municipality on the occasion of September 8, the Independence Day of Macedonia. More than 3000 people celebrated the national holiday on the square in the Municipality with the music and songs of Naum Petreski, Zuica Lazova, Alexandra Janeva, Jordan Mitev.

The Mayor of the Municipality, Boban Stefkovski, also addressed the attendees. "It is a pride and an obligation to be Macedonian! It is a pride to live in independent Macedonia!", he said to those present, who together celebrated the 32nd anniversary of the independence of the homeland.
