The University of Skopje will provide prizes for the best students who won the first, second and third place in the State Competition in Geography for elementary school students. Today, the official ranking lists from the competition that took place last Saturday, 13.05.2023, in the premises of the University, and organized by the Association of Geography Professors of Macedonia "Prof. PhD. LJUBE MILENKOVSKI" – Skopje.

The state competition was attended by over 140 students from all over the country who won first, second and third place, as well as all the competitors who had won over 85 points in the regional geography competitions organized by the Association from a few weeks ago. The organizer has already announced the unofficial results  on Saturday immediately after the end of the competition, and after considering the objections, the official rankings were published today on the website of the Association - https://www.geograf.mk/novosti.

The University of Skopje, as a socially responsible higher education institution, has been a long-term supporter of geography competitions for primary schools in the country, providing overall logistical support for their maintenance, as well as prizes for the best. In this way, we show that we care about young people and their education as a stake in a better future and happier generations in the homeland!
