On December 10 and 11, 2022, in the premises of the University of Tourism and Management, and in the organization of the Career Center of the University, as a result of the established cooperation with SOU "Naum Naumovski Borče" from Krushevo, training was held for the teaching staff of the school.

At the proposal of the rector, Prof. PhD. Ace Milenkovski, and in the spirit of the socially responsible activities of the University, training on the topic "Application of soft skills among school employees" is being implemented.

The two-day training was conducted by prof. PhD. Valentina Mucunska Palevska and prof. PhD. Aleksandra Stoilkovska. Prof. PhD. Valentina Mucunska Palevska referred to the need for skills for building the image of the school, while prof. PhD. Aleksandra Stoilkovska on the management of conflicts in the school organization. The participants showed great interest and actively participated in the realization of the set goals of the training, and after its completion, they received appropriate certificates.
