The rector of the University of Tourism and Management prof. PhD. Ace Milenkovski and the Mayor of Delchevo Municipality, Goran Trajkovski signed a memorandum of cooperation in the premises of the municipality.
In order to provide additional help and support in the development of education, UTMS through the scholarship fund "Prof. PhD Ljube Milenkovski", awarded fifteen scholarships for undergraduate studies to the Municipality of Delchevo.
