The municipality of Saraj is another one of the municipalities with which the Rector of the University of Tourism and Management prof. PhD. Ace Milenkovski signed a memorandum of cooperation, with the aim of providing support in the development of education and science in the Republic of Macedonia. Through the Scholarship Fund "Prof. PhD Ljube Milenkovski", Mayor Blerim Bejeti was awarded fifteen scholarships for the youth in the municipality of Saraj.
