Organized by the Faculty of Human Resource Management and the Career Center of UTMS and within the framework of its social responsibility policy and program, on 18 October 2019 in Thessaloniki was held a training entitled “Director's Organizational Skills to Enhance school efficiency”.

The training was conducted under the auspices of the “Prof. Dr. Ljube Milenkovski ”. As part of its socially responsible activities, the Fund is a sponsor of trainings aimed at promoting the competences of the educational staff of all structures in the educational institutions in the Republic of Northern Macedonia.

The target group of the training was the principals of the secondary schools in the Republic of Northern Macedonia and the improvement of their organizational competences in the process of managing the schools and increasing the efficiency.

The training was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Human Resources Management and Head of Postgraduate Studies at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, prof. Dr. Aleksandra Stoilkovska who wished the attendees a warm welcome and through interactivity in her lectures introduced them to the different methods of conflict resolution in organizations. The Dean of the Faculty of Entrepreneurial Business, prof. Natasha Ristovska, Ph.D., where through practical group exercises she presented the necessary teamwork skills of the employees in order to increase the efficiency of the organization. Dean of the Faculty of Tourism Assoc. Dr. Sasko Gramatnikovski elaborated on the importance of business communication in organizations and the presentation skills of executives in management.Upon completion of the training, participants were awarded certificates.
