At the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje there is a permanent intensive international cooperation. Academic staff receive support to enhance their professional and academic knowledge.

Assistant Professor Ljupka Naumovska is on a study visit to the United States of America through a US State Department scholarship from the World Chicago Program. Within the 5 week program Ass. Dr. Naumovska gave a lecture to third-year students at Columbia College Chicago's PR Communications faculty, visiting and meeting with academic staff at Kellogg Business School, Northwestern University and DePaul University.

As part of the program, Assoc. Dr. Naumovska meets with renowned academic and business community representatives from the states of Illinois and Washington, including a meeting with world-renowned businessman of Macedonian descent Mike Zafirovski, founder of Macedonia 2025, Professor Anne Mary Mitchell of Columbia College Chicago, and Consul experts Terra Winston, Ellen Rogin, Daniel O'Neill, Melissa Harris and many others.

At the end of the program Ass. Dr. Naumovska  also visited the State Department in Washington.
