SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENTED MUTUAL PROJECT OF THE JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT MACEDONIA INNOVATION CAMP IN COOPERATION WITH UTMS

Junior Achievement Macedonia and UTMS on November 26, 2019 organized the largest high school innovation competition - Innovation Camp - high school entrepreneurship competition.

The competition featured 52 high school students from 13 high schools in 10 cities across the country competing with the support of 13 mentors on the task of finding an innovative product to make more use of hotel accommodation.
Through teamwork on the business innovation idea and business plan making, with access to the internet and technology, applying entrepreneurial skills, the high school students created excellent business plans that were judged by a jury - representatives from the academic and business community.

In addition to high school students, the event was attended by professors, mentors, representatives from institutions and the business community, as well as a representative from USAID and the Minister of Education and Science, Mr. Arber Ademi.
The competition is supported by the US Agency for International Development USAID, and is organized by Junior Achievement Macedonia - a member of the Junior Achievement Worldwide Network, founded in 1919 in collaboration with the University of Tourism and Management Skopje.
