The role of the expert associates in the management of human resources in the schools.

University of Tourism and Management in Skopje on 16.06.2016 in the amphiteather of this educational institution successfully conducted another training, this time designed for the teachers from primary schools in Skopje. The training whose title was "The role of expert associates in the management of human resources in the chools," was attended by 90 teachers from several schools in the capital.

Foreword had Dean of the Faculty of Human Resource Management Aleksandra Stolkovska PhD, which presented UTMS, while pointing the way of the functioning and the methodology of work of this higher education institution.

His lectures had Konstantin Petkovski PhD, who spoke on "Modern aspects of managing human resources in the educational institutions and presenting findings of research conducted," while:Valentina Mucunska-Palevska Assoc. Dr., had a lecture on topic"The implementation of effective strategies of communication in the management of human resources in the institutions for children."

After the training were given relevant certificates.
