In order to continue the cooperation with the business sector, the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, represented by Ace Milenkovski PhD, Rector of the University, signed a Memorandum with the Association of Women Managers Elite represented by Lenka Ugrinovska, president of Elite.

The signatories of this Memorandum, within its powers, have agreed to cooperate for the members of the Union of Chambers of Commerce of Macedonia and the Association ELITE, cooperation in the promotion and popularization of encouraging female entrepreneurship and leadership.

Signatories to the memorandum, the cooperation will realize in different areas, and the main areas of cooperation are listed: joint organization of events on important issues of common interest; joint presentation and administration of projects, competitions for obtaining financing for the implementation of activities aimed at strengthening women's leadership, and others of common interest; mutual support and the presence of individual events organized by the signatories of the memorandum; promote and encourage female entrepreneurship and women's leadership and their role in the Macedonian economy; support to the women - makers of the major business decisions in various activities of the private and later public sector in Macedonia and finding systemic solutions to increase their number in management and supervisory boards; develop a mentoring system, where successful women managers will participate in the education and counseling of younger beginners female managers; promoting other individual activities of the signatories of the memorandum; joint participation in international events, seminars, survey visits and the like that will contribute to realizing the common objectives and to strengthen cooperation; exchange information, statistics, and other activities of mutual interest as well as other areas and forms of cooperation that will agree signatories of the Memorandum.
