Within the traditional event, Carnival in Strumica, which is held each year on the occasion of the religious holiday Forgiveness, University of Tourism and Management - Skopje had its own branded stand where a team of students, led by the head of dispersed office in Strumica, Irena Andonova to the visitors of the Strumica Carnival, with promotional activities present the faculties that operate within UTMS, curriculum, methodology of the study and the opportunities and conditions for study. The promotion of UTMS attracted great interest, especially among the students who were visibly interested in the manner and conditions of study.
