As part of the strategy for internalisation, the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje since 2015 is actively involved in the Erasmus plus offering to the students the opportunity to study or work abroad within their study programs. This goal is highlighted in the policies of the strategic vision of the university that: "UTMS will tend to create more opportunities for study abroad to the students as a key objective of the university's strategy for greater employability of the students".

Since its inception, the program Erasmus student exchange was the Promotion of the European Commission as a unique, student experience or encourage or increase the European awareness among the program participants. This EU program annually mobilizes more than 150,000 students and has great significance for promoting of the European identity.

STUDENT EXPERIENCES

Studying Erasmus plus program is a wonderful experience. It represents a unique opportunity not only for personal but also for academic development. Being a few months in an international environment is the best opportunity to establish intercultural contacts, discovering new cultures and learning new languages.
