On November 26, 2017, in the Macedonian Opera and Ballet in Skopje, a unique, solemn promotion of the ninth generation of graduates in the first cycle of studies and the seventh generation of masters students of the second cycle of studies at the University of Tourism and Management-Skopje took place. The official promotion started with the address of the Rector of the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, Prof. Ace Milenkovski PhD, who in his speech emphasized the power of the knowledge, dedication to work, the efforts for internationalization of UTMS in the direction of constant innovation and creative realization of the teaching through which students acquire high quality theoretical and applicable knowledge, and thus profiled as highly competitive in the labor market. In this context, the Rector emphasized: "Tonight I address you with immensely pleased and endless joy, because I have the opportunity to share our successes, our endurance and our dedication with you, to be happy with you. You, who in the past period were unselfishly and every day, were the thought, the desire and the flame of our support, You who did not glorify, You who did not follow, you who have the same desire with us, to be the best, to be recognizable, to be unique and unrepeatable . You, respected students, are the strongest partner of UTMS, the strongest partner in the world, the greatest hope of any democratic society, you are our brand leaders, brand leaders who do not recognize others".

Also in his address, the rector, Prof. Ace Milenkovski PhD emphasized the permanent investment of the academic staff in the establishment of high educational standards according to the example of the famous world universities, which is reflected in numerous awards for quality in higher education, business prestige, super brand and others.

The Rector completed his address with a strong message: "UTMS as a prestigious educational institution has achieved excellent results and successes. The prestige does not obligate us to think very seriously about the future, to carefully follow the path of the world's most successful universities. Our future commitment is to continue to educate and produce personnel that will make radical changes in the direction of improving the social and economic well-being of the Republic of Macedonia. Macedonia".

At the ceremony awards and recognitions of employees with top achievements in the educational and scientific-research work of UTMS were awarded.

The promotion was attended by prominent figures from relevant institutions, representatives from the business community, ambassadors in the Republic of Macedonia and other guests. After the awarding of the diplomas and the traditional throwing of the caps, the ceremony was marked with a cocktail for all the present guests.

Impressive, sectarian and sensational promotion has inspired the enthusiasm and satisfaction of the graduates and the masters, their families and friends, as well as other guests, who according to the comments of all, is unique in Macedonia, as is UTMS.
