Certificate of Quality and Knowledge
The brand-University of Tourism and Management from Skopje, which is recognizable in the Republic of Macedonia not only among its core clients, but also among the wider population according to its specificity, but above all because of its eloquence, has expanded its frames and gained more greater recognition. Namely, on December 10, 2014, the University of Tourism and Management as a carrier and driver of quality and knowledge, and officially at the ceremony organized on this occasion, was proclaimed Superbrand in the Republic of Macedonia for 2013/2014.
This recognition, which is another confirmation of the quality that seven years ago, UTMS builds and nurtures, was presented at the ceremony by the Rector of the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, Prof. Dr. Ace Milenkovski, who thanked for the award, said that UTMS in the past period was awarded many prizes, each of which discusses for itself the quality that UTMS is constantly embedding in its work, but this one that declares Superbrand, remains to be perhaps the most important one since it is proof of daily work for raising the conditions, and implementation of the world norms of quality and methodology in the sphere of the educational process.
At the ceremony organized on this occasion, which was awarded with superbrand awards to many important companies and institutions from the Republic of Macedonia, were attended by the Deans of the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of International Marketing Management and Faculty of Management, Prof. Dr. Sasho Kozhukharov, Assoc. Dr. Daliborka Blazheska and Assoc. Dr. Natasha Ristovska, as well as assistants Magdalena Andonovska, Jovo Ratkovic and business assistant Irena Pepovska.
Otherwise, Superbrands is an international organization specializing in branding, today active in 92 countries around the world. The beginnings of the most popular brands date from 1994, when BBC London, the media, presents the best brands and secrets of their success. The monitoring of the voting process is in line with international standards, which include voting by consumers and members of the Expert Council. All brands with high average grade as UTMS are called to actively capitalize on the status using the award-winning Superbrands Macedonia's Choice 2013/14. The results of the research by the renowned GfK research company conducted in the Adriatic region confirm that more than 65% of the respondents are familiar with the Superbrands certificate and would rather purchase products that are marked with Superbrands status!
