Overview of the course:
This course is intended for those who want to introduce with the base of the café business.
On this course the future bartenders are familiar with:
∙ Work in a bar,
∙ Introduction to alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages,
∙ Beer and wine,
∙ Introduction café equipment and tools,
∙ Hygiene in bar,
∙ Techniques of preparing the cocktails
Duration of the course 12 hours / 2 days for 6 hours
The training is conducted twice a year, in autumn and spring semester.
