The training on the topic: Entrepreneurial skills and business planning was made possible with the patronage of the Fund "Prof. Dr. Ljube Milenkovski ", and organized by the Career Center of UTMS and the Faculty of Entrepreneurial Business. The training is one-day, designed for high school students and for students.

The program is easy to understand and enables participants to improve their knowledge of entrepreneurship, key entrepreneurial characteristics, the concept of intrapreme entrepreneurship, methods for generating and selecting quality business ideas, key managerial roles and skills and management styles, phases in the planning process, structure the business plan and the factors on which the competitive advantage of a particular business idea is based, emphasizing the need to create and maintain the competitive advantage of a business in modern conditions of operation. At the end of the training, the participants are given certificates of attendance training.

By properly directing the energy, continuously upgrading their own knowledge and skills and taking full advantage of the personal potentials and the potential of the market, young people can be successful entrepreneurs and creators of their own future.
