The University of Tourism and Management - Skopje continuously cooperates with the business community in order to provide students with good practices that will contribute to acquiring excellent competencies. In that context, at the Amphitheater of the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, lecture on "Information Systems for Talent Management" was held by Mrs. Emily Lokvenec, general manager of NEODATA - Skopje, a company that is positioning in the IT business, in which 80% of the employees are women, which is a rarity in the IT business. Ms. Emily Lokvenec is an expert in software solutions for human resource management. In her lecture, she stressed that NEODATA has been developing software for business for 20 years, by monitoring and implementing all world trends in software development, as well as all the legal changes in business.
Part of his presentation was dedicated to the company's portfolio, especially for the integrated package of ERP software modules, software for material and warehouse operations and store, human resources software and legal service, payroll calculation software that is adapted to all industries, software for occupational safety and health, as well as numerous customized software’s that are custom-made for their customers.
