Based on the Law on Scientific and Research Activity, the Law on Higher Education and the Statute of the University of SKOPJE – Skopje, the Institute of Business and Management announces

A PUBLIC CALL

FOR THE ELECTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT

I. ELECTION CONDITIONS

A person may be elected as Director if:

• He/She holds a scientific or teaching-scientific title, in accordance with applicable regulations;
• He/She meets other conditions established by the Statute of the University of SKOPJE – Skopje and the acts of the Institutes;
• He/She has work experience and competencies relevant to scientific and research, professional or management activity.
• The Director is elected through a public competition, for a term of four (4) years.

II. METHOD OF ELECTION

The Director is elected based on a proposal by the Council of the Institute

III. JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE DIRECTORThe

Director of the Institute:

• represents the institution;
• is responsible for the legality of its work;
• proposes a work and development program and takes measures for its implementation;
• executes the decisions of the Council;
• proposes the organization of the institution;
• appoints and dismisses managers;
• decides on the assignment of employees to work tasks;
• performs other tasks determined by law and the statute.

IV. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Candidates should submit:

• Curriculum Vitae (CV);
• Proof of scientific or teaching-scientific title;
• Documents on work experience;
• Work and development program of the Institute;
• Certificate of citizenship;
