And a few days after the promotion of the documentary film about the Macedonian football legend Darko Panchev, "Cobra's Path to the Stars", the reactions in the media about this spectacular historical event do not subside, neither in Macedonia nor in Serbia.
"Darko Panchev: proof that it can be successful," wrote the author of the article on the occasion of the promotion of the film, in the Sports Journal of the Serbian daily Politika, the day after the event. On the Mozartsport portal, the article with the title "Star Cobra gathered the cream of football: Pixi, Dejo, Đurovski, Dika at a spectacle in Skopje", stated that the hall at Aleksandar Palace on the day of the promotion was too small to accommodate all the guests who came to honor her on the "golden boot" and to follow the premiere broadcast of the film.
The Serbian Telegraph reported the day after the event: "The audience at the Alexander Palace Hotel was delighted. Cheers and applause after the end of the documentary film Cobra's Path to the Stars about the football journey of one of the best football players of the former Yugoslavia and former Golden Boot of Europe, who conquered Europe and the world with the Belgrade red and whites.
The promotion of the film took place on April 24 at Aleksandar Palace, organized and under the auspices of the University of Skopje. "Cobra's Path to the Stars" will be broadcast as a 6-episode series on Sport Club, starting in early September this year. It talks about the life and career of Darko Panchev from his birth in Kisela Voda, up to his greatest successes and the world crown with the Red Star. Under the general patronage of University of Skopje, the film was realized in the organization and co-production of Sport Club Television, Sports Radio 90.3 and Sport Network Production.
