Today, January 5, 2023, in the premises of the University of Tourism and Management, 270 meals were prepared for the poor and the homeless. Tomorrow, Friday, we will be together again downtown. We will distribute the meals we pack to the poor and homeless. We wanted to help, as much as we could, the traditional Christmas food such as lean sarmi, beans, fish, chestnuts and fruit, to be tasted by our fellow citizens who are on the margins of society. On January 7, Saturday, Macedonian Orthodox Christians and other Christians around the world who follow the Julian calendar celebrate Christmas, the day of the birth of the son of God, Jesus Christ.

It is the greatest and most exalted Christian holiday, when God becomes God-man, so that man can follow the path that leads to Him, to understand truth, justice and love.

On the eve of this great day, we wanted to translate our humanity into action – to share love and a meal with those who miss them the most.
