Today, Saturday, the rector of the University of Tourism and Management visited the Italian Food Festival on Macedonia Square, traditionally organized by the Embassy of Italy. The festival promotes traditional Italian cuisine and the Italian way of life, but also values such as togetherness, sustainability and innovation.
At the event, the most renowned Italian restaurants from Skopje tried to capture the authentic flavors of traditional Italian cuisine. Visitors had the opportunity to buy Italian food products, wines, coffee and sweets, but also to enjoy the sounds of Italian evergreens from the 60s, 70s and 80s.
At Macedonia Square at 1:00 p.m., the event was opened by the Ambassador of the Republic of Italy, Andrea Silvestri, and Rector Milenkovski personally congratulated him for the excellent organization of the Festival.
