The municipality of Arachinovo is another one of the municipalities with which the Rector of the University of Tourism and Management prof. PhD Ace Milenkovski signed a memorandum of cooperation, with the aim of providing support in the development of education and science in the Republic of Macedonia. Through the Scholarship Fund "Prof. PhD Ljube Milenkovski", Mayor Ridvan Ibraimi was awarded fifteen scholarships.
