University of Tourism and Management in Skopje together with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia this year for the fifth time was the General sponsor of the biggest event in the Republic of Macedonia "Wedding in Galicnik" . The event is fully interpreting the Macedonian tradition that lives and is cherished for centuries. UTMS, despite the financial support for this event also give award, the scholarships for studing for the bride and the groom.
It is an honor for the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, but also an obligation, as a couple of years, UTMS to be part of this this attractive tourist and cultural event. Based on the successful cooperation with the Ministry of Health "Galichnik" and by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia, this year UTMS once again confirms its strategic commitment to socially responsible behavior, actively participating in the organization of this prestigious St. Peter Day, the event " Wedding in Galicnik” not only as a tourist attraction but also as part of the cultural heritage of the country.
University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, from the outset, that the contest for reporting of the groom and the bride until the date of the actual delivery, through the financial support and the marketing activities promote this unique event, which also gives a contribution for the tourism promotion of Macedonia.
