UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE FUND "PROF. DR LJUBE MILENKOVSKI” AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TOURISM AND MANAGEMENT SKOPJE WERE TRAINED THE DIRECTORS AND THE PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATES OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN SKOPJE

UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE FUND "PROF. DR LJUBE MILENKOVSKI” AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TOURISM AND MANAGEMENT SKOPJE WERE TRAINED THE DIRECTORS AND THE PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATES OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN SKOPJE

Organized by the Faculty of Human Resource Management and the Career Centre operating within the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje on 10th November 2016, was held training under the title "The importance of the formal education in creating the competences of the Directors and the professional associates in the educational institutions".

The training is conducted under the Fund "Prof. Dr. Ljube Milenkovski". Within its socially responsible activities the fund is patron of the training aimed at improving the competence of the teaching staff of all structures in the educational institutions in the country.

Target group of the training were directors and expert associates in primary schools in Skopje. The training was attended by 61 participants including: directors, psychologists, educators and other professional associates.

The purpose of the training was to affirm the importance of formal education for upgrading and improving the competencies of principals and support school staff in the educational institutions.

The training was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Human Resources Management and head of the postgraduate studies at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, Aleksandra Stoilkovska PhD. The first block of the training was implemented by Konstantin Petkovski PhD. In his lecture, using the interactive correlation between the current scientific and exact and practical knowledge presented the information on the standards principals and support of the school staff and the need to practice in the performance of the professional duties and competences they should own. In the context of the standardized competitiveness of directors and expert associates in primary schools, prof. Petkovski had a presentation on the need for updating of knowledge management as a prerequisite for effective school.

The second block of the training was implemented by Aleksandra Stoilkovska PhD through interactive approach that emphasized the importance of the formal education for the career development of the executives and the professional associates in education in terms of managing intellectual capital, analytical explication of five key competence of the management team.

After the training, the participants were given certificates by Aleksandra Stoilkovska PhD, Dean of the Faculty of Human Resources Management and Assoc. Dr. Ljupka Naumovska, director of the career of UTMS.
