On 14.11.2016 in the Youth Cultural Centre was held a conference entitled "Female leadership, personal development and ethics", the first of a series of planned events aimed at promoting entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. The conference was organized by the European Business Association in cooperation with Madi Group, CoSeed and the Association of Women Managers "Elite" from Skopje.
The conference addressed the honorable Ms Madi Sharma, one of the largest speakers and promoters of the entrepreneurship and the gender equality. Active participation in the conference was the dean of the Faculty of entrepreneurial business at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, Natasha Ristovski Assoc. Dr, who in her speech stressed the need for incorporating entrepreneurship in education aimed at providing entrepreneurial competences among future business leaders.
At this event, besides the representatives of the business community and government, attended the team from the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, composed of: Violeta Milenkovska PhD, Natasha Ristovska Assoc. Dr. Blagica Novkovska Assoc. Dr and Julijana Petrovska MSc.
The idea of the project is the European level to give a boost to entrepreneurship as a way to improve local economic development.
The entrepreneurs conference were informed about the alternative forms of support for professional development that can not get through national and local programs and through EU programs.
