Within the planned activities of the Career Center at the University of Tourism and Management in Skopje on April 19, 2017, it was conducted training of the management teams of the primary and the secondary schools from Kavadarci. Welcome address was made by the Director of the Career Center, Assoc. Prof. Ljupka Naumovska which to the attendees presented the university with special emphasis on the unique methodology of study, the modern working conditions and the application of the digital technology during the studies. The training was conducted in two blocks. In the first part, Prof. Aleksandra Stoilkovska through interactive presentation highlighted the innovative scientific information about the need for strategic management of the human resources in educational institutions, in which potecirashe phases of the professional orientation, professional and career development as fundamental to the realization of the educational process the purpose of producing footage with the competitive competencies. During the break the participants had a meeting with the Rector, Prof. Ace Milenkovski. The second part of the training conducted Assoc. Prof Valentina Mucunska Palevska that through group work was done correlation between the current trends, current practice in the management of human resources in the educational institutions, the need of the capacity building, especially in the process of institutionalization of professionalism. After the training, the participants were awarded certificates.
