The Career and Training Center of the University of Skopje teaches students how to manage their career during their studies, starting from choosing the main professional orientation to experimenting and exploring various career options, the possibility of student exchange, seeking part-time employment and full time, preparation for graduation and continuing education.

The Career and Training Center is the link between the students of the University and the business sector in the country and abroad. It conducts labor market research and cooperates with the business sector. In addition to offering employment opportunities, the Career and Training Center directs students where to continue their education, how to best present themselves at a job interview, how to communicate and develop speech culture, that is, how to discover their best potential.

The center also takes care of the students' mandatory practicums during their studies, with a special emphasis on securing jobs after graduation for the best students. It also provides services for students and other interested parties to improve competencies through trainings, seminars and consultations financed by the Fund "Prof. PhD. Ljube Milenkovski".
